Creating Delicious, Healthy, WFPB food since 1993!

In 1993 I opened the first Vegan, wheat-free, whole grain, no refined sugar, no added fat bakery in Southern California. Alaine’s Bakery was located in W. Los Angeles, and supplied Whole Foods, Wild Oats, and all of the independent health food stores with a choice of 70 items. For 13 years we had a very popular booth at The Sunday Hollywood Farmer’s Market. We baked for health-conscious customers and our Hollywood celebrities and had a wonderful time doing it.

30 Years and we are still baking and shipping our Rain Forest Cake all over the world!

The Rain Forest Cake was one of our earliest successes and it is the embodiment of our mission to provide, whole food, plant based, delicious and nutritious food. Food that works with your body to fuel your life.

In 2011 I moved to Tucson, Arizona in order to be in a more relaxed location where we can have our horses and enjoy trail riding and the great outdoors. Along the way Greenheart Bakery has continued to grow and expand our catering and meal prep service and are pleased to have a long list of new and satisfied customers here in Arizona.

Although we pride ourselves on being a Vegan bakery, we still feel that our products are for everyone, and should be enjoyed by all.
